POTTERYBAZAAR's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract within 48 hours after their receipt. Our return policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.

Once we receive your returned package, we will register it and you will get an email notification. The refund transmission will then depend on the guidelines of your financial institution and it may take up to 5-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to place the order. For COD orders, you will get store credit of the equivalent amount after the process is complete. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date

To ensure that your POTTERYBAZAAR product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage:

Store your ceramic in the original packaging to avoid scratches.

Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the materials.

Please Note: POTTERYBAZAAR hand-crafted ceramics is meant for occasional use only. It’s not meant for regular or daily use. Please take care of your ceramic and store it properly to avoid fading of coating. However, if the plating is faded due to regular use, kindly feel free to send it to us and we will do the re-coating absolutely free of charge. The product needs to be delivered at the POTTERYBAZAAR office at your cost and we will deliver it back to you at our cost, if it is within the warranty period.
